25 Year Logo

Chancey Design Celebrates 25 Years!

We are proud to announce that this year marks Chancey Design's 25th year in business.

In 1989, Walton H. Chancey began building a reputation based on the concept of service and design excellence.  It is this formula that has resulted in tremendous client satisfaction over the past 25 years and it has helped us to become one of the most respected architecture, land planning and interior design firms in the Southeast.

We would like to say thank you to all of those who have made the last 25 years possible.  Here's to many more to come!

Did you know these facts about Chancey Design?

Aside from our firm partners, some of our employees have been with the company for over 20 years!  Each year we also bring in fresh new talent.  It's this combination of traditional knowledge and cutting edge fresh design that keeps us so successful.

Chancey Design is committed to Sustainable Design. Whether the goal is simply to reduce utility costs or to achieve 3rd party green certification, CDP offers expertise in evaluating and incorporating appropriate green systems and materials.  When green certification is required, CDP will help choose and navigate a certification program for the project, whether it be LEED, National Green Building Standard (NGBS), or the Florida Green Building Coalition. In addition, CDP has several LEED Accredited Professionals on staff, as well as an NGBS Green Verifier with extensive multifamily project experience.

Our architecture and interior design experience spans multiple project types.  Our projects include custom residential single family homes, multi-family homes, mixed-use projects, healthcare facilities, senior living centers, commercial buildings and hospitality endeavors such as restaurants, banks, hotels, and retail spaces.

Our projects reach from Montana to the The Bahamas.  While we are concentrated in Florida, we love to work in other areas including recent projects in Mexico, Cayman Islands, Alabama, Colorado, Idaho, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Washington D.C.
